We’ll begin with a meditation that helps you get into your body, allowing you to tap into deeper, more intuitive parts of yourself. This isn’t about thinking—it’s about feeling, connecting with what’s inside you on a cellular level. Then, we’ll dive into a stream-of-consciousness writing prompt. The goal is to let your thoughts flow freely, without overthinking or editing, so you can tap into that raw, unfiltered creativity.

Afterward, we’ll share our writing in a supportive, non-judgmental space. When we reflect on each other’s work, we focus only on what’s strong, beautiful, and powerful in the writing—honoring it as fiction, without any critique.
